Return Policy

At SPICEBAY, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we stand by the quality of our premium spices. However, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. To provide a seamless experience while minimizing product losses, we’ve designed a customer-friendly return policy with multiple flexible options.

1. Easy Returns & Exchange

We encourage you to explore the full variety of our spice collections rather than return or exchange. During the return or exchange process, our team will recommend:

  • Personalized Recommendations: Our team is happy to provide spice pairing recommendations or in choosing a new product or suggest blends that suit your cooking style —whether you want to try a different spice, blend, or explore a new flavor!

  • Exclusive Discounts: We’ll offer special discounts on additional products you might purchase available only to exchange customers.

2. Store Credit: More Value for You!

  • Get More with Credit: Choose store credit(instead of returns) and receive 10% extra to use on your next purchase. For example, if your return is worth ₹500, you’ll receive ₹550 in store credit!

  • Unlimited Validity: Store credit never expires, so you can redeem it anytime to explore new flavors and blends.

3. Limited Refunds

We provide refunds for specific issues where we cannot offer exchanges or store credits.

  • Eligibility: Refunds are available for damaged or incorrect products reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection and approval. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the highest quality and hygiene for all customers, certain items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or Used Products: Spices that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Final Sale Items: Clearance and limited-edition items are final sale and non-returnable.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Eligibility: Exchanges can be made for unopened, unused products within 7 days of receiving your order.

  3. Provide your order details and let us know whether you’d like to exchange, receive store credit, or discuss any concerns regarding your purchase.

  4. Our team will process your request and provide instructions on the next steps.

  5. How to Return / Exchange: Contact our support team via Customer Support Email: [support@aromaticaspices.com / Phone: +91 9960626888] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and courier your return to the following address:

6. Shipping and Return Costs

  • Return Shipping: In cases of returns for a refund (where applicable), return shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or was incorrect.
