About the Recipe
Kerala-style fish fry recipe, a simple marinated fish fry recipe that you can either pan fry or deep fry. Goes great with rice and any curry
Ingredients
500gm Fish
3-4 tbsp SPICEBAY® Fish Fry Masala
1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
2-3 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow frying
Preparation
Step 1
Take 3-4 tbsp of SPICEBAY® Kochi Fish Fry Masala add 1 tsp of Ginger Garlic paste, 2-3 tsp of lemon juice, salt as per taste little water to make a thick paste.
Step 2
Coat the above thick paste evenly over the fish, Set aside for 30-40 minutes
Step 3
Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves and allow it to splutter, it enhances the flavor.
Step 4
Add marinated fish into the pan, cook on medium flame till done on both sides.
Step 5
Serve Fish Fry hot with sliced onions and lime wedges.
